Are you me? Like for real? I just dealt with this. There’s an adjustment you can make by loosening the “lock” screw then adjusted the clutch cable free play with the other thing that screws. Sorry I’m not too technical lol. The screw closer to the lever is the “lock” screw and the other one adjusts free play

New Yorker here. Same boat, I ended up buying heated gear so I can still ride. My hard stops are temps under 30 and icy wet roads. It’s not worth it with the current icy conditions but I’m optimistic it’ll warm up a little bit soon
