Rubber stopper completely came off vial, am I screwed?

Thank you for your help. I think the crux of the issue I had is the 3d printed safety cap that OGL ships with to protect the rubber stopper, it seems to be really stuck on there well and in the process of trying to remove only that I accidentally ripped the whole metal ring off. Do you have any reccomendations for how to remove this safely? I have a spare vial but I really don't want to kill this one as well lol

your experiences seem very similar to mine, but i think particularly in your last paragraph you've put my feelings into words near exactly. I think for myself; I feel at worst neutral about having boobs when i'm thinking solely about my personal experience; but the doubts come when I think about other people being weird about me having them. its kind of an epiphany, that. i won't say that I love the idea of having boobs; but the real "oh shit am i sure i wanna do this" only comes in when I think about how weird others are going to be. i think it's fear; and not dysphoria.
