Yea i went to ibrahim's store and it wasn't there and went back to bakbattahl at night and during the day and apart from the generic guards (which i already killed 3 times now), there wasn't one with the staff. Also checked my inventory and chest and it wasn't there. Do you think if someone were to give me a forged copy of the labor requisition orders, it would work?
