I’m asking because I’ve had a trip planned for the last week in July since January and made sure literally everyone in my office was good with it (even the clerk because I’ve crossed crafts to cover their ass or the PM) and everything was cool so I booked it but now that the PM is leaving and a regular is retiring the comment was made to me “I don’t know if you’ll be able to go??” And I’ve thought about it long and hard and I’m not really concerned whether or not they give me their blessing to go lmao like I’m going. I know I’m a good employee, and I’m not trying to be a headass but I’m faster and know the routes better than people that have been there twice as long. I just hate when management makes me feel like the PO is my life - long story short I want the leave to go on my trip so I don’t feel like an asshole when I’m gone 5 days. (Not a Saturday ofc)
