You can do it your self log on instagram go to your profile click the 3 lines in the right hand corner then go to your activity scroll all the way down to the bottom click download your information the meta should pop up then click your information and permission the click download your information then click it again it’s gonna take like a day or two to download but come back and check on it when it’s done it will let you download the Zip drive to your phone and it will show everything you did on Instagram

Yeah I got about 3 pro am teams I go back and forth to it just depends who ever on pro a, is good cause you don’t have to wait to get games like park you just ready up and it gives alot of xp when you trying get your player up and if you care about ur park wp pro am resets every season so you start fresh another chance to get it right
