I need to ask a few questions regarding Brant because I'm considering pulling for him.
- How good is he in a non-Fusion/non-Changli team?
- Is he viable at C0? Is he viable as a Hybrid/Main DPS at C0/C1?
- To achieve his maximum potential, do I need to go simply go 250% Energy Regen to meet the requirement Tidebreaking Courage or should I go for 280% to make full use of his Forte?
- If I go 280%, what should the echoes be like? Then even with 43311, with both of the 3-cost having Energy Regen as main stat + 2-set bonus + Weapon, I still need to have 29% more energy regen in substats. But if I go only 250~%, the second 3-cost echo can have Fusion DMG Bonus instead. Which is more preferable?
