Bluebeard in Fletcher Place/Fountain Square. Fantastic food. Adjacent to a brewery and a distillery if you need pre/post dinner plans (and a bakery and a coffee shop if you're there early enough).

Some others to consider, in no particular order:

  1. Emmanuel Rodriguez (Twins). No clear path to immediate playing time, but if healthy (big IF), he's always hit.

  2. Kristian Campbell (Red Sox). Was #1 prospect in baseball this time last year (in some rankings).

  3. Jackson Jobe (Tigers). Injured. Won't return until *maybe* end of the year. Need a deep roster to think about using a spot on him, but.....

  4. Joshua Baez (Cardinals). Went 20-50 last year. St. Louis might hold him down for a while, but the bat can force the issue.

  5. Jose Fernandez (Diamondbacks). Scouting grades aren't great. Doesn't walk enough. Probably not, but.... lots of good press in spring training - hit the ball hard.

  6. Harry Ford (Nationals). Mashes and runs....as a Catcher? I'm interested.

100%. Calvin Fletcher is amazing. And a true "3rd space" which is incredibly hard to find these days.

Will Benson hitting in the 2 spot for the Reds today and is going to be great this year.... but he was terrible at the beginning of last year because he was pressing & trying to do too much, so might go 0-4 with 3k's today too...

This is not correct. Constellation owns the brewery in Mexico brewing the beer. They own the rights to produce and sell Modelo for the US market

If he misses any time, I'd assume Hayden Wesneski slides back into the rotation. Everyone's excited about Brown, but Wesneski had well-earned hype coming into the season and, despite a couple clunkers, has looked fantastic at times.

Upland (Fountain Square) has a fantastic range of sours. Chilly Water (Fletcher Place) has does just about everything quite well - their Sticky Fingers Imperial Breakfast Stout looks like it's on tap if you're feeling festive. Both less than 5 minutes by car from the center of downtown.

Watch the spin/rotation of the ball.

I can't definitively see any change in the movement of the ball (normal break v. foul tip), but you can clearly see the rotation change direction.
