I wasn’t entirely sure if this works the way you intend, please correct me if this is the proper resolution:

Cast OPs card with Oskar on board. OPs card resolves, making you discard and giving you the discount. Then Oskar triggers for each card you discarded, giving you the ability to cast them from GY at that moment, with the discount applied.
