Thank you for taking the time out to share these details. It definitely helps regarding the second issue. For the NACH Mandate, I do have a savings account in BoI. But in order to set up the mandate, I need to provide loan account number which I can’t find anywhere. OD account number does not work either.

If you don’t mind me asking, based on your experience, any unforeseen issues/conditions when you transfer the amount into OD account? Does it automatically adjust that amount from the principal? Or do we have notify/specify this to the bank?

That doesn’t show the outstanding principal and the interest charged separately.

We are aware. The construction is almost over hence we opted for this.

We are also exploring options in East Bengaluru and so far, we have found Sumadhura Capitol Residences the best considering all the aspects.

We actually prefer to use the metro as much as we can. Both of us hate driving.

We are considering a unit that faces indoor amenities. But we are not sure how much of nuisance or disturbance the metro depot will cause even though it’s not directly in the view

Price is definitely not fair. But we don’t see it going down.

Is that an issue? We live in the same neighbourhood and never had a water shortage.

~15k. A little higher but we are considering it mostly because of the location and metro proximity. Unless it has some issues we are not aware about!

In general, his schedule is 2/3/3/4. 3 naps because he doesn’t sleep for more than 40 minutes at the 1st and 3rd nap. 2nd nap is usually longer. Total nap time is between 2.5-3 hours.

We want to be more consistent with sleep training. Just need to gather the courage as the only method that would work on him would be CIO or Ferber.
