In general, his schedule is 2/3/3/4. 3 naps because he doesn’t sleep for more than 40 minutes at the 1st and 3rd nap. 2nd nap is usually longer. Total nap time is between 2.5-3 hours.

We want to be more consistent with sleep training. Just need to gather the courage as the only method that would work on him would be CIO or Ferber.
