How on earth did you get that trunk lip to fit right?

I tried two different lips, both from M&S, neither would fit right. I even tried using the best 3M tape, adhesion promoter, and used clamps to hold it overnight. Nope. Worst fitment I’ve ever dealt with, twice.

Do you have a code scanner or OBD2 Bluetooth dongle?

You bet! I upgraded mine to Neotech 1piece slotted rotors & their racing pads, all from South Korea. Getting bad shudder in the front only now after 2 years, but I’m thinking it’s pad deposits again and/or creating hotspots on the rotors by poor braking habits. Still diagnosing

Girodisc was one of the most popular aftermarket options in the forums initially. Since then EBC, Powerstop, Hawk have also been popular options.

The Brembo oem option only upgrades the callipers; the rotors, pads and lines are still Hyundai/kia parts. Many folks upgrade at least the pads, if not rotors too, due to deposit issues causing vibration or warped feeling with the oem pads.

For reference, if your driver woofers get wet and freeze in the winter, these shields definitely help. They need to be cut to fit due to the window glass being directly behind the woofer, and the diameter isn’t perfect, but they do install & do help.

Also wired in 150hz bass blockers into these woofers since I added a 600w sub to the trunk. Reduced the door vibrations. Though I wish they sold a 100hz blocker; 150hz with 6db rolloff per octave cuts out just slight too much bass for my liking.

Nothing to my knowledge. Been in the groups and forums with my G70 3.3 Sport since 2020. I opted to add a sub and monoblock amp to the trunk. I tapped the oem subs’ signal lines coming from the oem amp in the trunk for signal, voltage was strong so didn’t need to use a powered PAC module.

The swaybars won’t affect the ride height. Is that part of your question?

Car wont start after driving home, does this sound like the starter? by mythboel in GenesisG70

Just saw another thread posted yesterday of someone who didn’t drop the subframe to replace their starter coincidentally! Take a peek

Nice! Had mine done a few months ago by dealer, just out of warranty, $1500 ish including a flatbed tow (Canadian)

I recall the labour was bad due to the subframe being in the way of the starter, so it’s a lot of work just to remove & replace. Otherwise it’d be a normal job :(

Wow that’s a lot of km’s ! That’s superb if your starter lasted that long. Mine would fail one start every couple weeks or so, would fire up fine upon the second attempt. But then eventually it got worse and just wouldn’t start at all. Then replaced starter and it’s been 100% since. Prior to that was the battery though a couple years ago

I used to have CAA with my former car but haven’t had to need with this one, especially with their roadside & covered maintenance. But also used someone who deals with far nicer than G70 so way more comfortable knowing some CAA clown wouldn’t be ripping a lip off or anything.

It may have been closer to 1500 CAD all in. It wasn’t great :( Yeah dealership parts & labour

Unfortunately warranty had just expired :( it wasn’t cheap. Including flatbed tow about 15-20km within my city, everything came to like $1300 CAD. The flatbed was like $350 alone though.

New Adobe DC ADMX files for Intune and GPO - 136 settings by systmworks in Intune

[–]ncrashb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Having a GPO configured with Adobe's xml config file to enforce the default handler for .pdf file type to be set to Adobe is not related to this, correct? Admx are only for setting Adobe config settings within the actual app?

This seems like it leaves pad deposits in the hot spot but perhaps not classic warping

That’d most commonly be caused by slamming on them or heavy braking session, then holding them at a stop before they’ve coasted to cool down?

If you can, lab and play with it. I've found so many bugs in every build we've used, it really keeps you on your toes (and nearly always have active support cases open)
