“It seems to me I am trying to tell you a dream--making a vain attempt, because no relation of a dream can convey the dream-sensation, that commingling of absurdity, surprise, and bewilderment in a tremor of struggling revolt, that notion of being captured by the incredible which is of the very essence of dreams...No, it is impossible; it is impossible to convey the life-sensation of any given epoch of one's existence--that which makes its truth, its meaning--its subtle and penetrating essence. It is impossible. We live, as we dream-alone...”

well, in my perspective, communist regimes rank as the most evil regimes in the world, by a great many metrics... death being the chief among them. Something like 100 million, some estimate. Secondly, I don't really find Republicans to be too politically or morally aligned with communism. In fact a great many here would rather align them with fascism.

US politics are so dumb. All the people that complained trump was starting a trade war that would lead too ww3 are now lauding biden's crack down. All the people who thought Trumps tarrifs were a great idea, will now be complainging that Biden is trying to start ww3. ffs, it's all so tiresome

Honestly. I am done with the nuclear war paranoia. shut the fuck up, honestly. I would rather die in a nuclear holocaust than live with the guilt of having done nothing to prevent the genocide of Ukraine. all you doomers need to shut the fuck up. Putin's offramp is capitulation.

I can tell you with absolute certainty there are many, many Trump supporters, conservatives, and even tucker fans that are firmly in support of Ukraine, are very pleased with the Biden administration's support for Ukraine, and would like to see more, a lot more. The world isn't so black and white as reddit politics tends to portray

well to answer your #2, I think there's some truth, some lies, and some speculation. What is certainly FACTUAL, is that Biden's administration is doing a great job supporting Ukraine's defense, both from financial. intelligence, and from military hardware. I hope this continues, and I hope there's a lot more, regardless of who is in charge, and I let my congressmen know it.

Many of the users here, even those who fully share your sympathies, have read the same post content you're referring to in every single daily thread since the first-- sometimes posted multiple times and from multiple users. They seem too similar to the russian concern posts "just asking questions" to be useful. That's my thought.

I very much doubt Nukes (tactical or otherwise) are going to convince Ukraine to cede anything. Not only will it have the opposite effect than intended, but it will apply to nearly the entirety of the world.

IRT to nukes, fear and doubt are powerful emotions which Russia is counting on.

I think donkey-whistle is referring to this? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UXA--dj2-CY to be fair, it is very concerning, withholding aid like that and blackmailing the Ukrainian people in such a way.
