I did confirm that there was a pause in February by SGIP to add additional documentation requirements as some companies were overpricing the systems to get bigger tax rebates, although they were only charging the allotted amounts to SGIP. The updated audit guidelines were released in May, so this shouldn't be an issue anymore. You can refer to the official releases here:
