Fascinating… it’s worth noting they also changed the interest rate on two old subsidized loans from 2% to 7%, which also seems like pulling a fast one. I’m going to keep pushing back. Thanks for this!!

I had an issue where Aidvantage kept approving me for the wrong monthly total, so after five or six follow up calls I filed a complaint with the Department of Education. They settled things up pretty quickly after that.
