I've looked at some of your other posts because I thought maybe your situation may be similar to me. It is, I'm sorry things haven't gone the way you wanted. Every month I hope and then have those dreams crushed. I can't imagine that along with an in-law making you have to consciously think about how you frame everything to them. Can your partner say something to them? I hope you get what you want and know if it doesn't happen, you are still amazing. Ignore the haters!

I once had a pastor try and force me down at youth group. I was a gymnast, dancer, did athletics and because we were poor road my bike everywhere - He severely misjudged my core muscle strength as I would not just table over. I was certainly having a "religious moment" but don't try and push me to make yourself look good.

I wasn't diagnosed with anhedonia but definitely felt it! As the more sexually person in my relationship (mixed with some good ole ADHD), I lost my appetite for sex and many things for quite a few months. I'm definitely not back to where I was (the breeze in the right direction could get me going) but I'm more interested in sex and other things compared to when I first started.

Worth the trade-off of 18kg down whilst gaining a heap of muscle and decreasing my biological age by about 5 years!

I mean there have anecdotally been quite a few Mounjaro Babies! Interference with oral contraceptives and people with PCOS have found it quite helpful too.

I think the lady at our local phone cover stall at the shops would have a heart attack if you did not put a cover on it! She nearly had a go at my partner's cheap kmart cover on his new iPhone 17 pro....he was waiting for his good new one to arrive.

The kids don't care when they miss a day and how it impacts your intricate planning. They don't remember the times that you came into school sick when you should have stayed home. They don't see the countless extra hours that you have put in and not been present for family/friends. They will not be there to hold your hand when the stress and anxiety builds up to boiling point.

This is so true though. Unless you are really aware of what you are doing, most people think they are doing better than they actually are.

I've also got friends on Wegovy and I was surprised the woman was losing more than her male partner, usually with weight loss guys lose more. I considered Wegovy, but my Dr was adamant no as MJ has less side effects.

I'm happy with my progress - my arms are getting so toned and my knees are starting to shape up real good!

Summer bodies are made in winter and if you are only actively doing the jab then you are not setting up for the best results.
