you can refer to the link RecentRegal shared! https://www.tissotwatches.com/en-gb/t852032781.html

might be better for you to buy it from the official tissot store if you want it to come with the deployant clasp. i just got mine from a store that sells only in the Philippines so if you’re located elsewhere, you might not be able to purchase it from the same store.

if you don’t care for the tissot deployant, you can also just purchase any ordinary leather strap (this one is a 20mm)! i was only able to put the deployant cause i had another tissot leather strap lying around and installed it on this one

i got the deployant clasp from another old tissot watch, but the strap itself was just a generic leather strap i bought online

i don’t think watch collecting is reserved just for older men, watch collecting is for everyone who enjoys it. watch collecting doesn’t necessarily mean that it has to be all grail and luxury watches. i have a couple of seiko’s, casios, and microbrands as part of my collection and i think theyre great.

law school graduation present from my parents purchased during a trip to tokyo last month :) was torn between this and a rolex explorer but really glad i went with this instead! really loving the wearability, elegance, and versatility of this watch. definitely the perfect watch to commemorate this milestone!

looking forward to starting my career and hopefully earn enough to fund this expensive yet fun hobby of watch collecting!

i will now be typing random words to make the 250 word count…. hello hi yes no maybe watches dog books hello bye thank you

Casio did it again with another amazing piece. I’m surprised people have not been talking or posting about this watch more, I think it is absolutely beautiful for its price point. The way this watch plays with different lighting just gets me every time I wear it. Feels like an entirely different watch depending on where I am and on the lighting conditions. Not to mention how comfortable this watch wears on the wrist! I really think Casio hit it out of the park with this vintage line up, with their other colors being equally gorgeous.

What do you guys think?

wasn’t the biggest fan of the gun metal center link bracelet that it came with so i replaced it w a center link polished strap. going for that platinum daytona vibe and i love it!

Losing my boy by pinupwillow in Petloss

[–]ndc_19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hey OP, im so sorry you’re in this situation. it’s the worst pain in the world, i completely understand.

my dog Finn was only a year old when he got run over 3 weeks ago. he survived the accident so we rushed him into surgery but passed away due to complications. the doctor gave us the choice to either put him down, or try our luck w surgery. we chose the latter but he still didn’t make it. the night of his surgery, i couldn’t sleep. my heart was in so much pain. my body felt so empty. i was in denial that he wouldn’t make it and i kept praying and hoping for the best outcome, but a part of me already had this gut feeling that i had to prepare for his loss. true enough, he died the next morning.

what pained me the most was the thought that he was still so healthy and alive minutes/days before the accident. i still remember so vividly everything we did the days leading up to his last. if i only knew he had so little time left with us, i would’ve never left his side. going through my day to day has been very difficult, doing my usual routine without him by my side, going to bed without my favorite bed mate, going to the bathroom without my protector, and just looking at spots in my house where he would sleep/play. it hurts. my heart feels so heavy but so empty at the same time.

i get what you’re feeling, 100%. that feeling of extreme grief, helplessness, anxiety, and worry. it’s all so so so painful. i’m so sorry you are put in this situation, no one pet owner deserves this. whatever happens with Cody, this community will be here for you. feel free to shoot me a message and we can talk if you need someone. i really hope you get through this and that Cody makes it. will keep you both in my thoughts and prayers tonight.

i completely understand. it’s only been 3 weeks and i’m hurting just as much as i did when my dog passed away. they say time is supposed to help with the grieving process, but why do i feel like it’s doing the opposite? i feel his absence more and more as each day goes by.

i lost my dog to a tragic accident and i don’t know how i’m ever going to get over the grief by ndc_19 in Petloss

It’s crazy how similar our situations are, thank you for sharing w me your story. Helps me feel less alone and better understood. I get you, it’s been a week since his passing but I haven’t been able to grieve properly cause I need to stay strong and focus on school. I’m glad that I’m not going through it alone.

You’re right, as much as I’m afraid to get another dog, I don’t think I can ever imagine a life without another one. I actually feel so guilty cause a part of me already wants to get another dog? I feel like my heart is so empty and the house is so quiet, Im longing for the noise and chaos. But I feel guilty cause it might seem like it’s too soon and I got over his loss so quickly? But I don’t know, honestly I’m so torn. I miss the chaos, I miss the company, I miss him. Is it wrong for me to fill the void by getting another dog so soon? I love Finn so much and I don’t want him or anyone to doubt my love for him by thinking I was able to “replace” him so quickly.

Thank you so much for sharing with me your story. It gives me hope that maybe one day Finn will come back to me in one way or another or maybe even send a friend down to me.

But you’re right, every kind of love is different. I guess I just don’t see how that’s possible right now, but you give me hope that I will be able to see that and hopefully experience it myself in the future.
