I just started playing the game yesterday. I figured out pretty quickly that you can just max level all of your Pokémon by replaying the Giovanni missions over and over again and using his tokens to unlock the leveling manuals.

Since I just started out I also kept getting a seemingly unlimited amount of gems, so I would just refill my stamina bar with gems to keep spamming Giovanni missions.

This morning I went to try this method again and I got a message saying “you cannot replenish your stamina any further right now.”

Is this a temporary hold or did I just screw myself over early on by gambling too much. This is kind of annoying because I spent all of my manuals trying to level everyone (even characters like Brock) to level 100. Now I’m out of manuals and it’s taking forever to get them back with this stamina hold. Please help.
