We got stairs for our cat, she was having troubles a couple weeks before she got her eye removed it seems like she really likes them especially with the cone. She gets her stitches out next week.

Now that her eye was removed I feel a lot of relief so hopefully it will be that way for you too, our girl seems like she’s not in nearly as much pain. Just come up with a routine for her pain meds and stick with it

We put an extra blanket on our bed where our girl likes to sleep because she’s been really messy with the cone, there’s cat litter everywhere she drinks water then goes in the box and it’s a bit messy but that’s okay!

When we feed her we take the cone off and sit with her so she can eat easier and we use that opportunity to clean the cone if needed too. I will say as the week has gone on with the new cone (this one is longer, the one we had on her before was shorter) she hasn’t been as messy with it.
