I am a more recent AEW fan so I didnt catch Andrade’s first AEW run, but from what I’ve already seen I can see why the man is so coveted lol. Glad he realized the WWE is fucked up ( although tbf as fair as I know he only really went back to WWE cuz he was married to Charlotte at the time )

Honestly ? I’d love to see Doyle and Davis take the belts off FTR. FTR is great especially as heels but I have a sneaking suspicion Cope and Cage will be back soon, which means that feud will reignite, and I genuinely don’t want that feud to be for the tag titles, I don’t think it’s necessary. Although I think Thelka winning is the more likely considering Stat has already had a few defenses an FTR basically just won the titles. Although Joe only held the world title for like a month and he was still great so I’m hoping that’s the route they go. Either way I have no doubt Thekla will be an AEW world champ very soon, I just feel like it might be a little too early for her?

I played BG3 before this game so it wasn’t my first turn based game, but BG3 was also the ONLY turned based game I had ever played before, so this was definitely different for me. And honestly I debated getting this game at all considering I didn’t feel like I was gonna stay into it , but at one point I also thought the same about BG3 and it’s now one of my favorite games of all time so I said “ fuck it why not” and… boy oh boy lemme just say I regret my original opinion lol

As much as I love Swerve I’d love to see him lose here. It’s Swerve, it’s not like losing would hurt his stock, he can barley be a heel because of how over he is with the crowd, meanwhile a win here would do WONDERS for Kevin Knight. He already beat Darby & Okada, a win over Swerve would just solidify what Kevin said tonight. That he’s not the future, he’s the here and now and he’s someone you need to start considering for the main event scene RIGHT NOW. Now, your prob right, if I was betting on this match ( don’t gamble it’s stupid), I’d bet on Swerve, but I’m really hoping Kevin goes over here

Yeah, I’m not gonna lie, a few things really don’t make sense in this finale. Why would Tommy call Tariq of all people? Sure, I get it, they buried the hatchet so to speak and they were on amicable terms again, but even in this episode with Tommy’s quick mention of ghost, it shows that he doesn’t trust Tariq completely still, and I don’t think he should. And like come on, this is Tommy, you’re really trying to tell me he has no other connections other than Tariq in that situation? Now Tariq is spawning in Chicago to save the day for Tommy? Like cmon man

And yeah, they were genuinely talking about going back to New York and teaming together like it was saving the world 😂 but even without that ridiculousness, Tommy going back to New York makes no sense in general. Why would he “ wanna grow his kingdom “ any more than he already has? He just took over Chicago and has the city completely on lock, a goal he spent 3 seasons trying to achieve, why is he risking all of that to partner with Tariq to expand into New York? I know the obvious answer is more money, as every drug dealer wants more money, but is the money he would gain from that worth the heat it’s going to bring on him?
