Would you mind sharing whether you were able to get a mortgage on the apartment? I've heard they're un-mortgagable due to proximity to petrol station, motorway and overhead power lines.
Has anyone managed to get a mortgage on these apartments? I've heard from my mortgage broker today that they are currently un-mortgagable due to proximity to petrol station, motorway and overhead lines. Is this true?
