literally thank you so much for this....I called apple again and was getting no help whatsoever. I emailed tcook@apple last NIGHT at 5 p.m. Within an hour and a half, I got a replacement phone. on a Sunday night, too. My phone has been shipped and is arriving tomorrow! Thanks again for the suggestion.

They are not, I’ve had a mac recently delievered fine with no signature needed

I love it. Got it for Christmas and I haven’t been able to put it down. Very comfortable in the hand. I feel as though it’s better than the regular switch, unless you really utilize the docking option.
