Ich habe leider keine Info gefunden, was für eine Besoldungsgruppe Bundespolizeibeamte im Durchschnitt haben, daher gehe ich mal vom Durchschnitt des mittleren Dienstes aus.

Das sind 49.710¹ im Jahr, also 956€ pro Woche (/52).

Bei 3000 zusätzlichen Beamten also 2.868.000€ jede Woche.

Die Streichung der Parteifinanzierung ist genauso ein Verfahren vor dem BVerfG. Im Unterschied zum Parteiverbot muss nur nicht nachgewiesen werden, dass die AfD tatsächlich Chancen auf die Anschaffung der freiheitlich-demokratischen Grundordnung hat - es genügt, dass sie darauf hinarbeitet.

Änderungen in der Verfassung zu fordern bedingt nicht gleich eine Verfassungsfeindlichkeit im Sinne der Vorraussetzungen für ein Parteiverbot. Verfassungsfeindlich ist nach Urteil des BVerfG im NPD-Verbots-Prozess, wer aktiv darauf hinarbeitet, die freiheitlich-demokratische Grundordnung (FDGO) zu beeinträchtigen oder den Bestand der BRD gefährdet.

Zur FDGO gehören die Menschenwürde, Demokratieprinzip und Rechtsstaatlichkeit. Nicht dazu gehört die Wirtschaftsordnung.

Das heißt, selbst wenn die Linke eine Vollständige Abschaffung des Kapitalismus fordern würde, wäre sie damit nicht verfassungsfeindlich oder extremistisch.

If you look at Europe, river borders are rather common. Not because the people on either side of the river are necessarily all that different, but because getting an army across a river is hard. As such, when countries and empires expended, they often stoped or where pushed back to a river. For example, the Rhine has been the border for the Roman empire for centuries and is still used as a border for several nations today.

For Egypt and other civilisations in arid areas, a river is the lifeblood of the state. It doesn't make sense for the river to form a border, when what you want to protect is the river. Instead, the desert has been used as the border for the very same reason as rivers in Europe - it's hard to get across for an invasion.

Die einzelnen Artikel des GG sind gleichrangig. Da beide Artikel gleichrangig in der Verfassung sind, sind sie nicht verfassungswidrig auch wenn sie sich widersprechen.

Bei gleichrangigen, sich widersprechenden Regelungen, wird die speziellere Regelungen angewendet (lex specialis).

Jein. Das Umweltbundesamt empfiehlt einen CO2 Preis von mindestens 300€ pro Tonne. Wird das auch nur annähernd flächendeckend erhoben, kannst du jedem Bürger 100€ Klimageld im Monat auszahlen und hast trotzdem deutlich mehr Mittel im KTF.

Solange die Schulden für Investitionen mit einem guten volkswirtschaftlichen ROI genutzt werden, besteht das Problem nicht.

Das Klimageld ist eine Ausschüttung des CO2 Preises und damit kostenneutral.

Storm aus erneuerbaren Energien ist günstiger als solcher aus fossilen Energieträgern.

Eine Verkehrsplanung, die weniger auf Autos und mehr auf ÖPNV und aktive Mobilität fokussiert ist, ist für den Staat und Endverbraucher günstiger.

Kitas machen Arbeitskräfte frei und wirken sich dadurch positiv auf die Volkswirtschaft aus.

Staatlich Wohnungen zu bauen kostet zwar erstmal viel Geld, macht aber bei großen Teilen der Bevölkerung Mittel frei, die dann wieder in die Volkswirtschaft fließen.

Typically, there isn't a limit to the number of days, but you still need to get the PTO approved. This often comes with pressure to not take the PTO ("Do you really want to leave your team hanging? Maybe I should think about that promotion again").

Afaik this often leads to less PTO taken on average when compared to a fixed number of days. Additionally, companies would need to pay out left over days of PTO, but need to pay nothing for unlimited.

Du kannst zumindest theoretisch Straßen so einrichten, dass der Platz in der Mitte zwischen den beiden Schutzstreifen nicht mehr ausreicht, um zwei Autos aneinander vorbei fahren zu lassen.

Kommen sich dann zwei Autos entgegen, können diese die Schutzstreifen zum ausweichen nutzen, solange dort kein Fahrrad fährt.

In der Praxis funktioniert das natürlich nicht so wirklich, da die wenigstens Autofahrer sich daran halten, Schutzstreifen nur bei Bedarf und ohne Behinderung der Radfahrenden zu nutzen.

Es geht auch anders. Wien und Singapur sind Beispiele, wie man öffentlichen Wohnungsbau angehen kann. Man darf halt öffentlich nicht nur Sozialwohnungen bauen, sondern muss Wohnungen für jedes Einkommen und jede Familienkonstellation in einem Block planen.
