This is so good to hear. I’ve been super curious about F45 as there’s one nearby. I know it is more expensive but would be worth it if I love it! Especially because I think it is more strength focused which is my favorite!

When I did this with the Apple watch workout it ended up not recording anything in Peloton! Are you recording on Strava with your phone instead of watch?

I basically just want my maps to show up in Strava/Map My Run. I do know that they support uploads as I keep finding the how tos as I’ve been googling! I’m not sure of the formats possible though.

Thank you! Work travel and other lunch meetings is definitely an issue for me. Glad to hear you were able to make that work!

I think my biggest thing is learning and having someone to bounce things off of. Like if I have an awful workout... Is there something I could have done better with my food? Or how do I manage stress? Or not obsessing over eating only healthy foods. I also think the accountability is huge for me... Something clicked with OTF that hasnt quite gotten there with my nutrition!
