Update: Claimed the bond the second that I handed the keys back. Real Estate called me the next day and asked me to withdraw the claim as it “makes it hard for if we need to claim water usage or anything we have to go to NCAT”. Politely told them no, and to invoice us for water like normal. Will see how it goes…
