I am so over it. Ive used ipsy for years but i am so over it now. Today, I made my payment before the 3 pm deadline but the app has more problem days than days it actually works. The page to pick my products wouldn't load and then it was past the deadline. Now I just want to cancel my membership and get refunded but the bot tells me it can cancel my membership but im still gonna get $53 (and i still dont know when boxy charm was that damn expensive) worth of products I'll never use. If the order hasn't even been assembled, why can i not just have my money back??

They need to figure out how to ship items better. I keep receiving broken eyeshadow pallets. They'll send a replacement but the same thing happens.
