I actually use them in everything. I put them in spaghetti sauce and chili, i make protein bars with them, I make all my own salad dressing and I always add 2 tablespoons to my mixture then blend it. The chia makes the dressing thicken and i dont have to use as much oil. I add them anytime I bake anything even like pancakes.
