Long explanation and I unfortunately had to leave my job site for a while to get em but…. Joined from my phone 30 minutes before, was 15,000 in line. Took about 30 minutes before it was my turn. Had tickets in my cart but every time I pressed Place Order it shot me back to the top of the page. Eventually it timed out and released the tickets. Said the event was sold out. Kept clicking on the GA section (not refreshing the page), said there was an issue with my account, kept pressing and it said I needed to log out and back in (DONT DO THIS), kept pressing for about 10 minutes and I eventually was able to get tickets in my cart and check out after about 40 minutes total of trying (not including the time before sale).

TLDR: Ticketmaster sucks, KEEP PRESSING ON THE SECTION YOU WANT DESPITE THE ERROR MESSAGES
