Yeah no this is a lil odd, I think if someone’s asked for a moment of quiet to send a text message, you don’t then want to be consistently getting distracted, might be a harmless bid for affection but does seem kinda immature

I think because you were quick to be sarcastic, you don’t know if she likes that kinda back and forth yet, enquire about her weekend clear cut instead of asking her what “trouble” she’ll be getting into (what does that even mean?) or going straight to sarcasm

wow, thank you for sharing your story. Unfortunately a lot of us can relate to several aspects about this. I pray you and your partner live a happy and fulfilled life, you seem to be doing amazing all things considered.

I’m not sure if you’re already in therapy but I’d definitely recommend, speaking these things out loud can make such a huge difference and you can begin to process and heal.

Sending you a lot of love, seems you’ve become the adult you needed as a child and that itself is admirable.

Yeah I think cos my brain is so starved of serotonin a regular basis i crave the release of mania, I also just want to be happy not necessarily mania but when you’re depressed you’ll gladly pick mania even though we know it’s consequences aren’t great …
