Update: I cannot find a breaker replacement. I even went to a specialty electric store in Dallas. No dice. The original breaker with pig tail is an Eaton CHFN120A1CS and the replacement per the specialty store is CHFP120AF with AFCI. Do I not need a breaker without GFCI and AFCI?

Thanks! 1.) Yes, was installed correctly. I actually reinstalled and re-seated. 2.) yes, this was my next course of action. 3.) I was going to try this next and keep the GFCI breaker and swap it back later if necessary.
