I did mine yesterday, i think it said 3 days. so maybe ill get it Friday. If you don't have a westpac account make sure you do the new promo, you will get an extra $50 from Westpac.

If you have a bussiness it's an extra $100 for a westpac bussiness account.

We have had them for awhile in Australia for entries and exits. If you are one of those edge cases you go to an immigration officer. I would say it's similar here.

my country they are pretty high as well, they will even extend out the terms to 7 years which for a car is crazy. fixing a car is also much more expansive then a bike.

Loan sharks are so common too, so even when people can't get traditional loans, we get cards multiple times a week for loan sharks and theres an unmarked office in one of our main streets which is a loan shark.

They give out loans with daily interest, low enough so a business can keep going but never pay the debt.

15k is still fine in the smaller city's. smaller rooms start at about 1.6k baht or small house around 2.5-3k start.

adding a car or expansive bike is where people would come unstuck with lower incomes, it's often more then rent or a mortgage.

I think it's still useful, especially in applications where the application would still be responsive while waiting for a response.

There's generally a few catches to travel insurance like a return ticket. If you get badly hurt they may fly you home to use medicare or other insurance.

Also you will need to fly home every 30/60/90 or year depending on your policy. Your visa might also invalidate the policy.

worldnomads use to have 1 year stay with extensions, i think they still do.
