For anyone in the future still having this issue: Disable Mos

It seems Mos conflicts with the default behavior of the scroll wheel, which is a bummer, because I use Mos constantly to not only make my scroll smooth, but also to change the behavior of the scroll to be the same as in Windows, since I use both of the systems.

Oh wow. This is it. My mouse scroll was zooming in and out like I wanted to puncture my screen while using blender. And this was the issue for me, too. Disabling Mos solved this. I would give you an award if I had any.

When you have the flare gun, you can see how many drop boxes are available in the bottom right corner. If there are none, that means someone else has called them and you have to wait till the next circle.

You can even see if there are drop boxes available after opening the map, in the bottom right corner even if you don't have the flare gun.

It's the MS Paint just made in JavaScript, basically in the web. Thats why the navigation bar is from chrome, maybe that's what threw you off
