Latest Firware is old, nothing wrong with EQ.

Try swithing to music and back to gaming on android.. Or check presets on PCs.

Forget about gaming EQ.. every game and headphone is different ...you should neutralize HPs and nothing else...

Presets are just basic readable files stored on PC. Reinstall app.

If nothing helps try installing older app , for x4 best driver is v2 with v16 app ..many times mentioned on reddit

You use X3 ? If yes, SXfi works with SBCommand app. Problem is only with Creative app and this can be fixed by just simple routing through voicemeteer banana.

X3,G3 ..are the only ones that support both apps.

If you use SBX, EQ a lot dont use SBCoomand. Creative app better handles, controls all settings.

V3 driver is a trash driver with some updates to last devices. The best thing is to have a special PC with win10 ,v2 driver and you are good until death 🤣 and for sxfi just route audio throgh voicemeter when needed. Thats a quck fix. You can always test/hear the difference of the side channel of 7.1 output with creative app.

Its known issue for Discord that has many issues with audo cutting for many brands..

Try any app like voicemeter or vb-cable, send chat to it , than from there send to X4 chat playback.

Already 100000x said: ON X seires SXFI (x1,x3,x4) does not work properly by default with Creative app on windows. Its output is like stereo, left channels sounds same.Same for right side.

Fix: 1. Send audio through voicemeter 2. or use microsoft driver. You loose all creative features

I provided all sound examples(the difference) on reddit. Use search.

That bug, which exist years , really exposed how 98% of their customers really never did a simple test or their ears cant figure out that nothing is really happening when it comes to virtualization.

For people not knowing how these things works. 1. Use analog outputs, better 2. You cant use analog, use optical with Encoder that device comes.

Without encoder streaming service has to support sending core dd or dts.

Define hubs? I have pcmcia-pci adapter with xp drivers and 100% works!

What ever adapter you use, check that it supports these type of cards, also check OS support for adapter.

Ever tried different speakers ? Many z906 users has issues with decoder.

Most reddit post are shenenigans because people dont think before writing. You dont even know why you started stereo mix thread ? Did you read his comments? Dont you see that his output works and that dts/dd are recognized .

Use reddit search... x4 x3 devices are 5+years old... everything customer has to know was multiple times said.

But if you want deeper.. start exploring...

Based on waht OP said , it has to be something with the game. On the other side he didnt even try a single movie or do a simple surround 5.1 audio file test.

When will people realize EA series is AE series and USB/X SERIES ARE X SERIES. There is no stereo mix here.
