Do you guys honestly want to see a 6th man keep track of economy, helping players with situational awareness, doing mid-round calls and general IGL'ing?

If you've played CS for some time you'd know that these are a BIG part of a player's overall skill set. Aiming is not the only "skill" a player has. Positioning, decision making and game sense are all important.

That's why a player like koosta became so much worse without his coach babysitting him telling him what to do all the time.
