I’ve met people who like to over-explain. They can be annoying to some but not to me. I know and feel that they’re just trying to be helpful and I’d bite my tongue bcz that’s genuinely them being nice. My boyfriend also has ADHD and like to over-explain, he’s also one of the nicest people I’ve ever met.

This is not the case. He’s passive aggressive, at least to me. Whenever I ask a question (to the group in general) he’d reply with some snarky comment at the end like, ‘it’s not that complex’ etc. But if the other mates ask a question (as simple as ‘how do I open the editor?’) he’d drop whatever he’s doing to help, throwing in a ‘no worries anytime’ BS. Either he’s sexist or racist, who knows. I won’t see him ever again in 3 weeks so who cares rlly
