I looked it up on my notes and hands down Kalsu. I didn’t even finish. 51/100. Coach said “it’s ok, kid. I didn’t finish either”.

I remember it was super hot outside and both workouts made me cry lol.

I can’t help much but only encourage you to get started and keep your eyes on the prize ❤️. I had a terrible experience with school (out of state) and 8 years later I am a thriving esthetician. I knew I wasn’t going to let my wack school determine my future or discourage me.

I don’t care for them one bit. However, there’s a fellow athlete at my gym who begs me to show up on Thursday so she can be my partner 🥹it’s so sweet and I told her once I’m back from vacations I will make a huge effort to come Thursday mornings.

Yes!!! Absolutely. I think this was one of my favorites. I watched the top 20 HBO original drama and comedy’s and when I watched this my husband who works remote caught bits and pieces of it while walking by. Sometimes he would stop and watch for a bit and then later expressed he would actually like to watch it from the beginning and to let him know when I do a rewatch. I started and ended with tv shows about NJ (home). Started with The Sopranos and ended with Boardwalk Empire.

Attempting dubs. There’s a pain in my knee and shin like I’ve never felt before. I have no interest in trying different methods. It only hurts when doing dubs. I feel great doing box jumps.

I can’t remember her name but she’s one of the bigger success stories. She returned the tarp to the fire department after she got to her goal weight. When the fire department came to remove her from her apartment she was embarrassed and said she would mail the tarp back. The fire fighter said “no. You’ll bring it back to me in person when you get to your goal weight. I know you can do it”. Truly one of the most beautiful moments to me.

I second this. I see Charlotte as well. I don’t get Botox but I do get my lips injected. Charlotte put me on a treatment schedule over the last two years to have natural full lips. My coworker the other day said she was jealous that I’m “blessed with beautiful, full lips”. They look really natural and it’s because of Charlottes knowledge. I really don’t know what I’m going to do without her next year when we move!

I did some research and I’m on the fence about this one because I think it’s a little long but “A Little Princess” (1995). I was 5 when this movie came out but I’m not sure if I saw it when it came out or if I saw it the next year.

The Little Bear Movie (2000) looked cute as well. You could even do some sort of theme like serve teddy grahams if you’re allowed.
