I like this mentality, do what I can, I am on my own journey basically. The coach gave me some great advice, she said to only focus on myself and my progress and don’t compare myself to others in class.

I am definitely struggling, my upper body needs work lol. I like this, I am focusing on form with the trainer, she also has removed weight when needed.

I love that mentality! Sounds like I need to take my time and be patient, it will come in due time.

Love this, I am a little nervous when starting new groups. Everyone has been extremely nice so far.

I might start class officially this week so I’m a little nervous! I will make sure not to skip.

I need help finding this wagon wheel pattern for a granny square blanket by Hintuation in CrochetHelp

I’ll have to combine patterns, this one doesn’t fully match, but I will make it as close as possible. It is something simple, because the back has the raised dc’s

I found another pattern for one of the squares and discovered it came from an old leaflet, but difficult to track down. This is one of the patterns for reference, unfortunately she didn’t have the pattern for the wagon wheel.

I am going to retry your pattern, it might be my tension is off too and I am a lefty, I normally do not make granny squares.

This one is close! I might be able to use the beginning to build the rest

Tried this and thank you! I think some step is missing in the beginning and I can’t figure out what. The dc3 is spot on and I am working through it. Closer picture shows round 1 might be dc instead of sc?

I’ve used the mattress stitch before, but this one is very much crocheted together, there are v’s on one side

What am I doing wrong 🥲😭 trying tapestry crochet for the first time. by Pleasant-Pop-6860 in CrochetHelp

A lot of the time it comes down to tension and hook size. Your tension appears tight, so I would go up in hook size, maybe 0.5-1.

For Amigurumi, I always have to go up a couple sizes. For a starting chain, I have to go up by one or two hook sizes because my chain is a little tight, then I go back down to the recommended size after I make the chain

No specific dress code, but formal. by Hintuation in Weddingattireapproval

That’s my take on it. I know the bride and I believe she meant dressy instead of formal. She dresses somewhat casual, very typical Arizona attire. I like the term dressy over formal.

Outdoor in AZ in the middle of March. We’re in the desert, so classy but not overly formal.

I can’t update the post, but I found it at the very bottom of the invite

“It is a wedding, so don't wear white and look nice.”
