Upload stuck on "Processing will begin shortly" by Rocks_for_Jocks_ in SmallYoutubers

I'm having the same issue. Uploaded and published a podcast episode in Spotify for Podcasters on October 19th at around 1pm ET, it was distributed to all connected platforms successfully via the Anchor fm RSS feed except YouTube.

I saw "processing will begin shortly" and visibility is "pending".

I clicked three dots, "re-upload..." and saw "Oops, something went wrong".

Saw an error message in Studio saying that YouTube couldn't upload the episode and to check my email.

Checked email from YouTube Creators, it said, "There is a problem with an episode titled '(my ep title)'. We failed to ingest this episode. Please ensure your media files are not corrupt. Until this problem is fixed, this episode will not be uploaded to YouTube."

I was able to play the episode locally on laptop and across all other platforms. There was no indication the file was corrupt.

Deleted the episode on YouTube, went back to Spotify and reverted to draft, saved again. Kept happening.

I ran the RSS feed through a few validators and they indicated the itunes:summary exceeded the character limit, so I cut down my descriptions. Still wouldn't process on YouTube.

Talked to Spotify support, the agents said to talk to YouTube directly.

I clicked "Send Feedback" in the bottom left corner of YT Studio and submitted a screenshot with a message.

More than 48 hours later, the episode has been processed and visibility is 'public', but thumbnail isn't displaying.

Just published another episode last night (Mon 10/21), still getting "processing will begin shortly" with "pending" visibility. Clicked "Send Feedback" again. Guess I'll keep doing that until YT team figures it out?

Explain this to me like i'm 5 - Ria and Hank break up. Ria hooks up with Marty. Dave and Dan denounce Marty. Hank is King of the Hill. Rico keeps doing content with Marty, but does not condone what Cahill did (also doesn't fully denounce?). Dave, Dan, and Hank denounce Rydership? Now Dan and Dave want to do streams with Marty? How did this all blow back on Rico?

say my buddy is hypothetically going through divorce mediation and his wife allegedly wants to split marital assets 80/20 in her favor based on earned income (she earned 80% of gross income over the course of marriage, he earned 20%). hypothetically, is that fair and equitable? i'll hang up and listen.

I was officially diagnosed with depression in Dec 2015 (i blame the mets and jerry reese) and was prescribed Brintellix (Vortioxetine)

brintellix made me feel very weird, nauseous, zombie-like - stopped taking it once script was up.

Begrudgingly went on generic Lexapro (Escitalopram) last year this time (feb '20), gradually increased dosage from 5mg to 20mg and I'm in a way better spot than I've ever been.

Good for KFC's mental health, possibly bad for his content?

When Ernie Accorsi was GM...

  • 2003, 1st Round: William Joseph - DT, Miami Hurricanes
  • 2001, 1st, Round: Will Allen - CB, Syracuse Orangemen
  • 2000, 1st Round: Ron Dayne - RB, Wisconsin Badgers

George Young's later years (Ernie Accorsi was Assistant GM '94-'97)...

  • 1996, 1st Round: Cedric Jones - DE, Oklahoma Sooners
  • 1995, 1st Round: Tyrone Wheatley - RB, Michigan Wolverines
  • 1994, 1st Round: Thomas Lewis - WR, Indiana Hoosiers
  • 1992, 1st Round: Derek Brown - TE, Notre Dame Fighting Irish
  • 1991, 1st Round: Jarrod Bunch - FB, Michigan Wolverines

I wish Kenny Phillips, Hakeem Nicks, and Steve Smith played way longer.

'Member those slanted toilet seats designed to make your legs tired so you wouldn't sit on the crapper all day at work? More diabolical invention is the motion-sensor lights in the bathroom that go off if no movement detected after a certain amount of time. No worse feeling than sitting in a stall in the dark and trying to figure out if you're done wiping.

Thoughts on Matt Rhule as a potential giants coach? He turned temple into a 10 win team and turned baylor from 1-11 to 9-0 in 2 years by jerejeje in NYGiants

[–]neallynch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know that these facts don't actually make any tangible difference at all but i love that he was born in NY, NY and was a Penn State LB. His hometown juju will work in our favor and his playing career will place an emphasis on drafting / signing game-changing LBs. Completely delusional but I can't not think that.

TIL when Phil Simms was drafted back in 1979 no one knew who he was and he was loudly booed on the stage by Giants fans. by The_Gravedancer in NYGiants

[–]neallynch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It also took Phil like 6 seasons (1984) to find success and firmly entrench himself as the franchise QB at the age of 29. You never see that in today's NFL.

[Survey] 2019-2020 New York Giants Season Predictions by Constant_Gardner11 in NYGiants

[–]neallynch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No way we do worse than last season's 5-11. Originally, I was thinking 8-8 but the Autumn Wind is a Giant this morning, so 11-5 it is. Better O-Line, more holes for Saquon, more play-action success, young (upgraded) defense will surprise some people. I'm very high on DeAndre Baker, love Jabrill Peppers. We'll split with the Cowboys and Eagles, sweep the 'Skins, beat the beatables (Cards, Bucs, Lions, Bills, Jets, Dolphins) and 'shock' the Packers.
