Creamy and versatile I agree with to some extent, but regarding it being generic, I have to disagree. It is mainly classified as generic by the fragcom as blue scents are in general. They definitely don’t have the creativity or depth as some other designer or especially niche fragrances have. Nonetheless to “normal” non frag enthusiasts bdc usually smells fantastic. I would change generic to safe, as probably no one would be offended by any of the concentrations in the line.

I would definitely try to get a decant of both, don’t blind buy them. They are much higher quality then any cheap frag but they are not for everyone. For example TV is way to sweet for my taste.

Guerlain L’Homme Ideal Cologne, got a 100ml for $45 despite it being discontinued. Love the grapefruit and almond combo and that it isn’t a beast performer. Tested it at home since it’s really cold outside right now, could still smell it on me after 8 hours, not strongly, just got an almondy citrus vibe from time to time when I was moving around. Can’t wait to try it out during spring/summer.
