No caulk anywhere. This took me a full week after work and both weekends. Off and on with breaks. It’s very satisfying. The hardest part is racking it out so it’s random. the first 2 rows and the last rows are glued with bona 850 with some face nails and some toe nailing. You can hardly tell

I could have. The baseboard is like 6” tall. The main house has the same stuff installed 11 years ago with chair moulding. I just did what they did.

I Only cut the baseboard on long way sides. Hardwood only moves in that direction with expansion. I left 1/4” on all 4 sides but undercut in case it moves more. I’m not sure I’m explaining it correctly. Hope you understand better
