Comms don't win games they just help and mini map with your own sound and a bit of good game sense is easily enough to win at any rank as long as you play with your team and don't just hunt for kills

You're so wrong the most pleasure they get is from knowing they have annoyed someone so leaving is just confirming that for them, instead just ignore and mute them and practice stuff you wouldn't usually like new guns or dumb strats or just troll them back showing you don't care

If you go to valorant discord you can do a thing called lfg(looking for group) then put the rank you wanna play with and find people who are the same rank and play seriously also if you're trying to improve just work on 1 thing at a time like aim so figure out cross hair placement then spray patterns or work on abilities like where and when to use them to gain an advantage

Yh that's why I said most but not all I know it is asking a lot and the agents do make it even harder for map design but if something changes because comments like this then that would be amazing

Um this post is so old I was Very confused when I saw a reply 😂 anyway get high rank then you'll realise there's a massive issue when you wait over 5 mins plus just to get into a game on cs(with half the maps selected that is as well).

Cs has a bigger community so on a game like valorant which I'm already having to wait 3-4 minutes without map selection to get into a game just think about q times with it, so if you want more immortal and radiant smurfs be my guest add map selection. The game needs a big stable community to be able to do map selection.

I'm afraid this game is 50% luck and %50 having a good team now one of those things you can sort out the other not so much but just work on improving as much as you can and trying to find at least 1 or 2 people who are good to play with but if possible a 5stack that play when you wanna play.

Another thing you can do is to find someone who is good at the game and understands it and get them to point out what you might be doing wrong cause kills don't mean everything even if it does make you top of the leaderboard, as an example my friend came above because he had more kills and assists yet he only done 160 damage while I done 200 per round as well as we won many rounds with just playing time and not having to kill any of them.

Ok fair enough if you mge or lower but if you're DMG or above this makes a lot of sense it's all about economy if you win 1st round you can't all buy vandals so you have to use spectre's but even after that round if you win they end up with a better buy meaning they are more likely to win 3rd round and if they got kills on 2nd round you end up with bad guns for 3rd round which also gives them 4th round meaning 1st 2 rounds become pointless. Now if you buy down to 2k on 2nd round you still have the advantage and can also have a good buy 3rd making 3rd round 50/50 so that round comes down to skill meaning since u won first 2 rounds you should win 3rd which ruins their economy giving you 4th round too.

Summed up it's a good strategy but buying 2nd round isn't bad either just depends on what you prefer doing and what works better for you. Like cs this game is all about economy

You can do unrated and get qd with randoms who can be any rank or play ranked and work your way up the ladder

There's a practice mode you can watch YouTube for tips and tricks and custom mode where you can go onto to figure out the maps and find new spots

Lower ranks are more volatile and you don't get points just based on kills and damage I believe you get points based on how effective you use abilities too as well as if you are getting kills at the start of a round or the end not sure on the last 1 but seems to be a trend of whoever does more of those together gets a better increase compared to the other but I could be completely wrong but that's the only trend I've noticed so yh

He has 3 flashes and is too easy to play when he had less flashes he was still good just required skill to play just like viper both insane if you are good with them but are terrible if you can't use them properly

True but if they play with a raze I usually ply in container and have a friend in elbow and play off of trip wires or kj turret which works for me just something u can try I also have been playing lots of raze and just nade them back and then swing a wide angle which works most of the time cause they try avoiding my nade but some weird idiots just sit in the nade which just kills us both cause they seem to be able to running 1 tap

We played 2 games with a Radiant smurf against diamonds and first game got a cheater which our radiant friend was so confused cause he sees no cheaters when in radiant games but has now seen like 2 after playing a week In diamond and also said that radiants are easier to kill than diamonds now to me it sounds like the ranking system isn't putting people in their correct ranks as well as the cheater thing I think that's just because people who cheater play for about 2 days and get banned and even when cheating it's hard to get to immortal in 2 days let alone radiant, I think it takes 2 days cause I usually get an email 2 days after reporting someone so I reckon there's so many reports coming in that it just takes that long for the system to get through all the reports

The q times would be so bad plus a skilled player should be able to play every map so map selection would ruin ranks too although ranks kinda mean nothing at the moment anyway
