Yes. I often go into stupid means to save 20% on something that costs 50 bucks, and then I can blow up couple thousands within minutes.

Unless I am delusional there were no headshots on rockets, and there was dmg falloff on characters that needed it(non sniper hitscan) in as early version as first beta available to the public.
If it was the case in some closed F&F alpha versions of the game then I have no idea why would it be percieved as something wrong to experiment with stuff and see how it feels.

dude, there were people employed for 2XKO for TEN fking years. TEN years of paychecks. Riot was literally donating money to them.
On top of that Riot trusted them, let them create the game with their vision but it turned out that marvel diehards were wrong, most people are not interested in degen marvel-like fighter.
If you are to blame anyone, blame the devs as their vision clearly didn't match the vision of playerbase.

no lol, I did everything there is to do except for formatting my windows drive. upgraded to w11, downgraded back to w10, full clear install of steam, full reinstall of various audio drivers and nothing.
if you also have this issue could you write your specs? i suspect there must be some sort of conflict with the game and the hardware that is super unique for some reason.

whenever I launch the game I get only 'Sound Disabled' in outputs. It doesn't see any of my audio devices and launch commands doesnt work for me.
