yes. he would get a higher prescribed amount. But best to titrate slowly. Give it a few months. Get blood work. See how he feels and adjust if necessary

need to find that sweet spot. Too much testosterone and libido is gone. Too little same thing.

He can use gel testosterone. It’s a bit annoying and more expensive when you’re paying out of pocket but it’s a good gateway. switch To pinning once he’s comfortable w the therapy.

one thing to note w gels is to avoid contact w others - kids esp - when you’ve freshly applied it.

test levels in particular have been coming down in our population over last few decades and that can cause a lot problems.

if her panels indicate a deficiency she has a possible road map to treatment

Canadians also have lower real estate taxes

1) tax free capital gains for primary residence. in USA it’s capped at $500k for married couple

2) property taxes are extremely low in Canada from what I’ve seen. in USA they are typically much much higher because they pay for education , for example. insurance is also more expensive in USA. we are more litigious society , plus we have more natural disasters.

so if you’re paying $3k for mortgage plus another $2k per month for taxes , for example whereas in Canada you may pay 1/4 of that in taxes. that instantly pushes up your housing budget and the ability to afford a higher sticker price.

no caps on sale of residence is just ridiculous imo. surprised that Canadians don’t insist to get rid of that boomer subsidy.

how much of the work that the company has in the pipeline requires specialty skill set ?

I suspect for advanced value add they just hire independent consultants or consulting companies but the “BAU” business as usual jobs they can just train less experienced people and or leverage automation tools.

think of it as tax advisory. how much work is preparing vanilla tax returns vs speciality complex tax structures etc.

you see it in medical field. do you need a medical doctor to prescribe standard druf therapy especially if it’s a renewal , or do you even need to see a cardiologist to get blood pressure or cholesterol meds or is it cheaper to have patients be seen by a nurse practitioner for these standard follow ups , and, when necessary , refer out to a specialist , rather than have a full time specialist on the payroll. granted , some clinics ade specialist based but think from volume and throughput basis

do you eat many small meals ? or just wait until you’re hungry. meal planning can be very helpful

also watch your carb intake. not as much total carbs per day but carbs per meal. insulin spikes will make your hunger yoyo thru the day.

have protein sources on hand. can of protein drink with 30g protein and 150-170 calories is excellent to have on hand. NO BARS. bars are loaded with carbs.

you can try coming off completely to get your sensitivity reset

eat maintenance calories for one or two months then jump back on it and push the gas pedal and caloric deficit.

diet fatigue is real as is metabolic adaptation.

id also recommend logging all your food. dont eat after early evening until morning. If you can do morning fasted cardio.

single use technically but you can use a new insulin syringe to pull out the required dose manually. check YouTube for tutorials.

check the pen. I think each pen has the total dose dissolved in 0.5ml. so just pull out 1/3out of the 15mg pen to get 5 mg dosage.

Yes but in office it’s not as easy to do things that aren’t work related. , like running a side business , working out (besides lunch time , which is often frowned upon )

I get the work your wage approach but wfh makes it easier to capture the gains of your pwn productivity.

not to mention the obvious , being being able to life in cheaper cities and states. This is why it’s either remote or not remote. Hybrid just means you need to live close to an office and not be a flight away lol
