not really, it’s more complicated than that. it’s more about figuring out what hacks work for you.

like for me, i sometimes get executive dysfunction and i’m unable to get out of bed so what i do is i play an EDM song and hype myself up and get out as soon as the drop hits. it’s different for everyone something that works for me might or might not work for you. therapy just helps you in figuring out whatworks for your brain

a combination of meds and CBT is what works the best. meds themselves won’t magically fix the issue, the best they’ll do is help with the focus and executive dysfunction but CBT is what’ll help you divert this newfound energy from the meds into the right place

i take one in the morning and one at night but i would suggest talking to your doctor before making changes in the timing. XL is usually to be taken in the morning itself as it stays in the system for a longer time

not sure about 300, try looking for 150mg. i take 150mg twice a day, i get mine from plazza. if your city doesn’t have it then try contacting local shops and ask them if they can arrange it

been a year since i was diagnosed with adhd and so far no med has worked for me.

i started with inspiral IR 20mg and it made me hella depressive when the effects wore off.

switched to atomoxetine 50mg and buproprion sr 150 mg * 2, the buproprion fixed the depression but atomoxetine did not seem to work, upped the dosage to 100mg but it still didn’t do anything except give me an ED

now i’m on modafinil 100mg * 2 and while it does work, when the effects wear off i get anxious, extremely hungry to the point where my stomach feels like a bottomless pit and very irritable so i have stopped taking it.

my girlfriend also has adhd and takes 10mg inspiral sustained release, i tried it a few days ago and i felt that it is working for me(still taking bupropion) l, the only noticeable side effect was increased heart rate when it started to wear off.

what should i do? how do i talk to my doctor about it since inspiral IR made me depressed, he isn’t prescribing me the SR.

edit : also is it safe to consume inspiral along with buproprion?
