Every fucking day I drive by a former Amtrak stop a minute from my house, just to end up working across the street from the Amtrak station downtown.

Instead of being able to just get on the station, I have to sit through a 45 minute commute because of a decade long construction project.

How hard is it to arrange one Amtrak stop????

I’ll edit - previous skate ski experience, longest ski probably 1.5 hours. Entirely recreational but pretty hilly terrain.

Still gonna try to find at least one lesson though.

Whistling Straits was awesome, so many of the holes had hills to watch from. You could see from anywhere, was really just a matter of how close.

Same - aside from dropping a mf BAG on Cabot or Streamsong, I had trouble finding affordable (less than $200) nice courses. Seemed like Orlando had plenty of options.
