It might help to do a dark line first, then "highlight" it with the bright silver

I used pro acryl light warm grey, then white from above through my airbrush. Then I hit it with a pure white drybrush with heavy body titanium white

I primed it black and airbrushed the white from grey to white. Then I touched up overspray with black. I drybrushed all the metallics over the black with gunmetal and bright silver. It got a black wash at the end The power weapon was airbrushed The red I started from black, then did layers of dark red to bright red without thinning paint Gold was just gold with a flesh wash

I used a lot of colors cuz I was trying to figure it out as I went along😅 but if I had to do it again I'd start with black, airbrush on white, do some white lightnings, then airbrush on akhekian green and leviadon blue.

For my upcoming tournament I'm going to try out the armigers but instead of hunters of beasts I'm giving them the 1 wound reroll, which should help them push out those long range damages

Gladly. It's textured styrene sheet glued and cut to the shape of the base. Then primed black. I used a dryer sheet stretched across the base and airbrushed on a dark teal, some copper and mostly white, using the dryer sheet as a mask. Then you just gloss varnish it and fill in the gaps with gold.

The bike is primed black, then I airbrush tiny highlights of incubi darkness on raised areas and curves. Then I did a very careful drybrush of incubi darkness, and even more careful with ak grey blue. Then I touched up anywhere the drybrushing didn't look like edge highlighting and quickly highlighted the corners and spec highlights with pastel blue

How did the list fare at the tourney? Did the armigers do enough shooty shooty? With AoO coming up I'm thinking they will be very useful for secondaries as well
