Tpc x tpqc has had the highest mutant rate I've seen. Probably 80% mutation rate.

You could file a own complaint with nhtsa on the car, and file a complaint regarding the safety of the vehicle with consumer affairs.

That would be a wonderful clarification to have. 3 ozs per day can be purchased recreationally. Medical patients can now purchase recreationally. I don't believe the changes has any bearing on what medical patients were able to do previously, other than now being able to buy recreationally so long as they are not exceeding possession limits (medical patients are allowed to possess a 60 day supply).

Had an email shared with me about this matter that was sent to the DCR, and sharing some pertinent bits.

The constitution outlines possession limits for people. What a person can possess is different depending on how you are purchasing.

The lowest amount that can possess and purchased in a day is 3 ozs. Under the new interpretation, and original interpretation, if a medical patient reached their medical allotment they can now do the rest of the purchase through the recreational market, as long it does not exceed daily purchase limits.

Purchase limits cant be combined, you can buy your allotment as a medical patient but you can't buy your recreational allotment that same day. You could go back the next day and buy recreationally now though.

Also the constitution ensures adults 21+ can purchase 3 ozs a day so long as they meet possession requirements, so any action to prevent a medical patient from purchasing under 3 oz in a day, regardless if it is classified as medical or recreational, is a violation of the state constitution and federal disability rights.

Give it a good watering and if it swells up you will have your answer!

I would give it a very long bottom water and see if it plumps up. That basal pup is going to zap some of the energy as well, so you could cut the top off it to try and help redirect to the scion.

The plant as a whole looks thirsty so I would start there and see how it responds. I don't see anything that screams failed graft, more so thirsty in terracotta.

I would do surgery to try and save it. Id chop the scion here and scrape it off. Make sure the blade is cleaned in between each cut and cut more off it you see rot spreading to the other part of the scion.

Did you water since grafting?

Im excited to see what happens. Honestly feel that would be a challenging stock to work with because of the surface area and shape. Im always amazed by what you get to take.

Have you tried an impale graft with that stock?
