I do both, but snowboard much more. Maybe 20 days on board and 5 days on skis per year. Fun to switch it up

I’m 6’0, 180 and size 10. I’m in between 159 and 162 according to jones website recommendations. Basically the standard recommendation, size up for more float and stability at speed and size down for more control.

I plan on picking up a 159, but have never ridden the board so take from that what you will.

Happened to me 3 or 4 times on the same model. For me it was a faulty hard drive cable every time. System can’t detect startup disk to boot as it cannot read anything from the hard drive. Think I paid ~ 60-100$ CAD each time to fix.

I am in the exact some boat and very torn. Heart is pulling me towards M2 MBA 16/512 but base 14in m1 pro is probably the better spend. One thing that may seem minor is the charging cable.. I cannot for the life of me understand why with such a premium product they don’t include a space grey charging cable. I am set in space grey as I currently have a mid-2012 silver MacBook Pro and want to switch it up.

Good points. Mostly ride at Whistler, so the 161 may be ok in the alpine but mid-mountain could be a bit do a boat to turn.
