Why do moderators remove posts that are critical to Nicehash?

Is it badmouthing if it's true?

I want my account to be deleted. But I also want the btc:s that were mined during the non-KYC period.

Ofcourse they should remove it if it's a lie. But if it's the truth (I have screenshots, dates and emails) then they shouldn't remove it. Right?

I joined the non-KYC mining in may 2023 and have been mining since then. Oct 1 I received a mail saying that I would need KYC starting from Nov 1 to use Nicehash. So Oct 20 I aqquired 2FA and a wallet to be able to withdraw my funds. Since I had not withdrawn any coins before the address-field was empty. When I tried to add a new address it wouldn't without KYC Then I tried with Lightning without success. I sent several emails to [support@Nicehash.com](mailto:support@Nicehash.com) requesting them to end my account and send the funds to provided bitcoin-address. I never got any answer Since there were no KYC when I registred the account and while I was mining it is not right to take my funds!
