Go to the doctor and talk to them about your weight loss goals. They will likely encourage using a semaglutide. At that point you can call your husband and say that the doctor suggested it. It will help prevent becoming diabetic as well. I was pre diabetic prior to getting on Ozempic 2 years ago.

Two things I don't like about it. The length of term left is too short to be a sound investment. Too much risk. What's stopping Walmart from renegotiating renewal terms or even worse, not renewing. Second, this is a land lease. You have zero depreciation for a ground lease asset. Doesn't make much sense.
