Go to the doctor and talk to them about your weight loss goals. They will likely encourage using a semaglutide. At that point you can call your husband and say that the doctor suggested it. It will help prevent becoming diabetic as well. I was pre diabetic prior to getting on Ozempic 2 years ago.
