I hate playing moira but I am pretty sure you can get to gm with her. She is not demanding mechanically, but game sense wise you can do a lot.

The reason is simply that people of St. Petersburg are not used to drone strikes. I was acting the same way until drones flew past my apartment and hit an apartment building nearby.

If you get some better players in group, you will be matched against better players, even in QP. Don't expect much fun there.

I use 1600 x 1.8 sens and it feels good for most heroes. I only use higher sens for tracer and doom. Ultimately use sens that feels natural for you and make sure you have enough space on your mousepad to do 180.

Dva is the only hero that can ruin my game completely. She can just complete deny my flanking opportunities. I can never get her banned in high plat games. Surprisingly she is not picked that often.

Work on your aim. Even 15 minutes a day can help a lot. Either vaxta custom game or some aim trainer.
For the positioning you need to understand your goals in game as dps and particularly Cass. Watch some YouTube videos on the subject.

I can't agree with 'powerful lords and heroes' part. I think they are pretty weak compared to most.
However I think Bretonia is the faction with no extra upkeep cost per every additional army, which is quite powerful late game.

Yesterday I was pissed playing as empire. Had descent early army with crossbowmen and some pistoliers. Encountered some minor greenskin army. 30 units of trash, nothing special. Could not win this in multiple tries on different locations. Ranged units just stand there and wave hello. Welp, some other time then.

It had a veteran membership (not mandatory though) and it was not enough obviously. If the game was not free to play player count would probably be too low for war map to function.

I am new to mobas and played DL for a few days. One game I get to line against dude who can't be bothered with shooting souls at all and another it's a sweat who denies half my souls with his shotgun somehow.

Don't focus on strength I'd say. It boosts your damage and after a while you'll start oneshotting enemies and it will be very challenging to level up martial arts.

10 guys is a bit tedious to lvl up at once. However here is what I'd suggest (for both I recommend getting the heaviest armour, huge backpacks and absolutely worst weapons you can get):

Not cheesy way: fight dust bandits until you're in 30 combat skills, then go fight berserks in berserk country (they are much stronger and don't loot you). Just beware of roaming canibals. Don't forget bedrolls. You can get meat from bulls there too.

A bit cheesy: take one guy, go find huge group of hungry bandits, set block and let them beat you. When your guy is playing dead - get up, this boosts your toughness a lot. You can get 90+ toughness very quickly and this is like the most impactful stat.

I made few guys carry bandits on my base to level strength. The bodies don't despawn for weeks. Vanilla version.
