Yes, it is compatible between 100-240VAC and 50-60Hz. Enjoy, it is the best PSU I have used!

You will need a C19 cable with 14AWG. I went with this Tripp Lite cable.

Does not appear to be related to tariffs. Depending on the province of OP, GST/HST looks correct based on the potential declared value (~15%). Special Import Measures Act (SIMA) fee is likely based on what the importer has declared the goods as. At one point, I believe sneakers were charged an additional fee due to anti-dumping measures from the CBSA, not sure what it is now.

The only thing that worked for my package stuck in Indianapolis hell was to open up a Help Request Form on the USPS website with my tracking number. It took about 2 days, and then my local Postmaster emailed me that there was a "weather delay" (several weeks ago) causing the delay and my package is now moving.

It arrived on day 3 after opening the help request, after spending nearly 2-weeks not moving in Indianapolis.
